Labor Day Weekend

We had this crazy idea that we could be spontaneous and just pick up and go to the beach on Labor Day weekend and expect to get a parking spot and it wouldn't be too crowded, etc. And it worked! Alex came with us and snapped some of the four of us. What do you think, Christmas Card worthy?

First Day of School

No tearful goodbyes at the bus stop. Actually, no bus stop, either. Katie walks and Kyle drives. I missed my kiddos!

Car Talk

I had my chauffeur (aka Kyle) pick me up a one scout meeting last night to take us to another scout meeting. His windshield was filthy!

You really should clean that.
I'm out of the squirty stuff.
Windshield wiper fluid.
Yeah, that. Where do you get it?

So after our meeting, we stopped at Walgreens and picked up a gallon. Then I had him pop the hood.

How do I do that?
Look down near the brake, around near the side. That thing with the picture of your car, pull that.
Okay, now what.
Feel under the hood, find the lever, pull up and lift.
Here?
No, (taking his hand) here.
Okay.

So we popped the hood. Then a search for the resevoir. It was nicely labeled. And in goes the fluid. An entire gallon.

Wow, it took all of it.
Yeah, you were dry.
Yeah.
You really should read your car manual.
Yeah.
Yeah.

Delving into Digi Scrapping and CS4
